An RFC is where some person/people ask for input into some project they are working on. Usually it is some sort of proposed standard that will have an effect on a lot of people. In this case, its not at all important, and affects very few people. I'm planning the next upgrade to Lumberjack, my web logging system, and I'm asking what sort of features you'd like to see. Here's what I've got planned so far:
Actually implementing the search capability.
Easier, more consistent post editing/delete.
Pluggable post filters.
Another archive format.
Fixing bugs.
Option to disable comments.
Generated statistics.
Dave is also going to improve the interface for LJ users (or so he says).
