New Design

Well, I uploaded the new design for my web page. I turned out a little more "red, white and blue" than I intended, but I like primary colors, so I left it. Since I just uploaded it to the server, I'm anxious to see how it looks in IE (I'
ve only tested it in Mozilla so far). Also, the many images makes it take a little longer to download, especially since Tomcat is still serving the static content, even though I don't want it to. I'll see if I can do something about that (maybe compress the images a little more). I'm open for criticism.
In addition to the new look, I updated some of the other pages. Be sure to check "About," "Links," and "Other Matts."
