Dave, Ed, and Eric left for Gainesville today, sometime around 6:30 am. Since Kim is talking to Eric on IM right now, I assume they made it home safely.
In other news, I had an interview at Press Ganey yesterday, a company which does evaluations of medical service companies. I think the interview went well. I had to take a paper-and-pencil test while I was there, and I got a take-home homework assignment as well. Just goes to show you, the homework and exams don't end when you get your degree.
In the meantime, I have the opportunity to do some contract work, but I need to pass the Java Certification exam first. Shouldn't be too much of a problem, especially since the company is paying for both my study materials and the examination fee.
Finally, and most amusing, Eric gave me a bumper sticker before he left, which I'm putting on the car ASAP. It is black with white lettering, and says simply, "31337 H4X0R."
