Cleaning...

I haven't posted in a while, but that's because after all the excitement of Europe, the daily pattern of life in Urbana doesn't inspire me to post much. We've been organizing and cleaning our house in preparation for the new school year. Our study looks much better without all the papers strewn about. The basement is finally getting into shape. We're going to tear out the ancient carpet in our bedroom in the hope that it will limit the allergies and other problems.
Unfortunately, all this home improvement is cutting into the time I was hoping to have to visit Florida this summer. Now we'll have to wait until Christmas to go home again.
